I’ll be honest, I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to e-bikes. I’ve been a ‘traditional’ cyclist for years, but my new job is six miles away with a brutal 200-foot elevation gain right before the office. I was showing up at 9:00 AM completely drenched in sweat and exhausted. Since I got the Dash, my morning has totally changed. I’ve had my Dash for about six months now, and I’ve put nearly 800 miles on it. What surprised me most wasn't just the speed, but the build quality. I’ve hit some pretty nasty potholes and gone over plenty of curb jumps, and the frame still feels as solid as day one. I did have a small issue with the display acting up after a heavy rainstorm, but the support team at Dash was incredibly fast. They sent out a replacement part within two days and even sent a video link showing me exactly how to swap it out. You just don't get that kind of service with the cheap knock-off brands.
